September 13, 201312 yr Hi guys and girls im a new owner. picked up a cracking little brat a few weeks ago. needs the odd patch but is road legal after being stood 3 years! its going to be a road going restoration / tart up project hopefully! October 1, 201312 yr Always the tailgate! Have you checked the MV/BRAT/Brumby forum? UK based and members there have produced new replacement fiberglass tailgate skins.
October 2, 201312 yr I thought the repro skins were plastic? Or is that just the fenders? Either way, it's pretty clean apart from the tailgate. Nice buy!
October 2, 201312 yr Author yeh im on the uk forum. great set of guys on there. a man called giles has had the wings and tailage skin made in fibreglass. just a touch to expensive for me at the minute! maybe one day...
October 2, 201312 yr Author are there any good project threads on here that i should look out for? want to see some good fabrication work and get some ideas for my truck.
