I just found a Legacy Wagon to replace my totaled '01 Leg GT Wgn. It doesn't have fog lamps ! For the last 10 years I've owned a GT, all had Fog Lamps, I've had this car 8 hours, drove it in the dark and I miss them ! What's the best way to add the lamps ? I like the OEM ones, so how does one wire them ? And get them ....Ebay ? What will I need ???

 

This car has a problem, I assume that the heater controls are backlit, mine a dark right now....how do you replace the bulbs ?????

You can buy, or at least you could buy the OEM fog lamp add on kit.  All the wiring is there and you just add the lamps, and switches.  You also have to buy the appropriate body color surrounds.  I did this with the 06 legacy wagon I used to own.

 

I'd call your dealer or email one of the online subaru dealers to see if they still have them.

If you prowl wrecking yards, or can check their stock on line, you may be able to source the lamps that way.
