I have a 99 forester and I think it is time for new struts and springs.  There is a 2007 forester with very low miles on it in the JY and I am curious as to whether those struts will work on my car.  Thanks in advance.

Of i am not mistaken, the rear suspension changed the strut design from 2005 and up,to a bushing on the bottom much like an ea82, like that of the 2000 and up legacy. You could go for the springs in the rear, and the front struts should work.

The tops of the springs changed but whole strut asembly should fitt rear dont think so
