My 2004 Legacy Wagon 35th Anniversary Edition, which is equipped with moonroof and sunroof is leaking.  After a drive through moderate to heavy rainfall, I noticed water dripping from the headliner trim above front passenger door.  Upon further inspection, I found the headliner above front passenger door and rear passenger door to be wet.  Would a clogged drain channel from moonroof/sunroof be causing this, or could it be the channel/trim above the doors/windows on the outside of the car?

 

Has anyone else had issues like this?

Yep, clogged drain tubes.  Try to suck as much stuff out as you can and the blow low pressure air through.  If you use air first you may blow the drain tube off the fitting and then you will have to drop the headliner to put it back on.
