Need aftermarket Ignition for a EJ22

Doesn't someone ,such as MSD,  make an independent ignition system
for the EJ22, something to replace the factory stuff for an off road
vehicle?  I was told to post here,  did a little searching online, seems the MSD doesn't eliminate the need for the factory CPU it only is a addition.

 

I'm looking for something to replace the factory CPU (ECS?)
