rear noise when engaging clutch

I just got done replacing my clutch last weekend, and hoped it would stop this noise that keeps haunting me when I release the clutch when shifting gears. The noise comes from the passenger rear and isnt as bad when im shifting to 4th or 5th gear. Im thinking it could be something with the driveshaft, differential, or axle? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Cheers- Will

Did you pull the transmission to replace the clutch? If yes have you checked the bolts on the rear driveshaft flange?
