my power windows power locks radio dome light brake light and turn signals have all gone out.

my brake switch was not getting any power so we ran a wire from my wipers to my brake switch and now it works.

do you think this could be a bad fuse box, relay, or bad wiring? 

i need help pronto!

The fuses under the hood provide power to multiple sources inside the car. Need to check those first and the fusible link if your car has it.

Use a test light probe to verify power to the fuses under the hood. If all the fuses are okay then you need to check the wiring beyond the panel. There doesn't appear to be a common fuse the areas you mentioned having trouble. Some folks have had corrosion trouble on the bottom side of the fuse panel.
