Hey everyone I was wondering if using these lowering springs http://www.andysauto...in00040788.html

would work on a 99 legacy L with stock struts. Ive hear many things about it of it working but sometimes you need to replace the top hats.

You'll need new rear top hats and front perches to use them.

 

These however are made to fit your car.

they have the years listed wrong, they fit 92-99.

Dont bother with andysautosport. I've yet to hear a good thing about them.
