I did already swap ej22 egine into GL.

But I have gl radiator but need to know what shape to look like upper and lower hose fix to ej22

if one outlet/inlet is smaller you can cut a section of the smaller hose and use it as an adapter for the larger hose.

Can use flex hose?

I used a flex hose with built in spring for the bottom hose and it's worked great so far, i got it from advance auto.

How about top hose?

You can use the same thing, just a shorter one.
