Will a 90 legacy corner light fit a 92? I would think all 90-94 stuff would fit but I just want to make sure.

The first gen legacy had a face lift for the 92 MY. So most body parts from the 90-91 MY's will not work on the 92-94 MY's.

Do you know if a coolant recovery tank will fit a 92 off of a 90? or is there any site when I can find the differences? I knwo about cars101.com and checked out some stuff there but it doesnt have the differences b/t 90-91 and 92-94.

nope.

part numbers differ from the 92

 

fits 90-91 only

The coolant tank will fit fine though it might have a hose coming off the top of the cap where as the older ones don't have this. the powertrain and stuff didnt really change, some minor things here and there but for the most part its all the same from 90-94
