So, it broke and now I'm looking for a new control unit.  1996 Subaru Impreza Brighter w/ AC.

 

Anyone have one to sell?  I found a couple on car-parts.com, but wanted to check with you folks.

I'd pull it and make sure the cable and vent flap are working smooth and free.

 

I have drilled a new hole in the gear for the cable on some.  They are still working
