That clicking when you press the brake pedal sounds like the shift interlock solenoid, so that you can't shift out of park without your foot on the brake.

 

Right cruise might not work with the CEL/MIL on.

 

Not sure on that sound in reverse, I have a '94 Legacy and it has always done that in reverse sounds pretty much like yours.
