'95 Impreza stalls after running a few minutes

Our Impreza starts fine. Then after 5 or 10 minutes of driving it stalls several times. Then after completely warm, it runs fine the rest of the trip. I changed the fuel pump and still have the same symptoms.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Right CEL/MIL? Almost sounds like maybe it's having issues right around when it goes to closed loop at 150F coolant temp?
