is there a way to switch my electronic trip meter from kilometers to miles and the temp also reads c instead of f i have not figured it out yet note my dash is mph left hand drive american car

should be a button for it.  My 84 GL with the digidash has a button.

 

Although I like running in KPH    Seems like Im going faster! 

I think there is a button on the trip computer (center console) for switching.......maybe hold it for 3 seconds IIRC.
