About to pick up a stock outback with 106k on it and I am looking for suggestions on what to do to it.

 

I'll be driving this in the winter time and occasional offroading. 

 

If you could suggest some stuff with a link that would be great.

I have been. Really no good info for me.

There are lots of other threads related to this topic.  You already have the outback suspension.  Unless you are doing some hardcore offroading then just find a nice set of all terrain tires and get out there.
