okay so my 2002 wrx needs the rear left fender rolled bad there is a little piece that sticks out and is rubbing on the tires bad as i take a left turn. But where it has rubbed it has caused it to rust in one little spot. Now can i still roll that or from it being a little rusted will it not roll right and crack my bad really bad. I'm so scared to have it done, i don't want it to rust all the way up the fender!

Suggest you take your car to a reputable body shop and seek their advise. Since you live in PA, you don't want to let that little rust spot stay unrepaired for very long, as road salt will change that spot into a much larger spot.
