February 25, 201511 yr Hello I am Johnny, and I have had my 1998 Subaru Legacy Outback since December 2007. I hope to have her fully restored and customized by her 20th birthday in 2018 when she officially becomes a classic. I will be posting images and videos of all the Journeys we have been on and will be going on here I have uploaded to You Tube. She is almost 500,000 kms young because I had her engine result in 2011 and she wants to run till the end of the age of oil. Cheers and thanks for stopping by! Kind Regards and special thanks to all who have helped me with problems I have had with her in the past. All The Best, Johnny
February 28, 201511 yr Author Thanks Captain Bumble Beast - was actually inspired by Bumble Bee.. from the Transformers - But I have always loved your Loyale! At one point I had 3 Loyales! Today while i am rebuilding my car she is a Black Beauty!
February 28, 201511 yr ... I have always loved your Loyale! ... Thank You! So, your Subie isn't Yellow anymore? Kind Regards.
February 28, 201511 yr Author No not at the moment - I am spending days at Pick n Pull and tomorrow is one of them. I decided to keep her all black while I replace the different body parts. So far I have replaced the bumper, grill and hood - did that for 235.00 and gave her a $12 high gloss roller paint job. I used the 25% paint thiner to 75% rust paint method - works great as you can tell. Once finished I will roll her over at least 2 more coats of paint and then give her a great wet sand. and a super sweet clear coat once i decide what her final colour should be - i have always been fond of striking flames and that is what she will have for sure! I love her to bits just like the rest of here... there is nothing like owning a Subaru! - the rest of those vehicles on the road are only cars in my book.
February 28, 201511 yr Author Here you all go.... come with me with my most popular hyper lapse drive with my Blacken outback Mersiha! This was the final shoot of my first test season. The next season I will be shooting with at least 5 cameras running nonstop!
