Has anyone only lifted the front to level with the rear?

 

If I use ~ 1-1/4" Blocks above the Crossmember will this necessitate altering the steering linkage?

i have many times, i have  an 89 loyale right now with 2 inch spacers in front only, just add to the strut tops, no need to mess with cross members or steering
