I did a tranny swap a week or so ago and then the car sat in the garage a few days while I was on vacation. I drove it before hand And had 0 problems. On the way home I did blow a ball joint how ever but that problem is now taken care of. I can shift into all of my other gears, but cannot shift into reverse.

 

Please help! I can't be without a vehicle!

If your sure its a good tranny ,then check the linkage at the trans.

Tranny always went into reverse when i drove it after the swap.  Linkage is likely but im not sure.  I was told check fluid, and shifter bushings.
