15 impreza bluetooth /Pandora problem

Hi,

  2015 bluetooth with back up camera screen.

  Been having trouble with my bluetooth since getting the car in May. Paired it with my apple I5 at the dealer and the salesman walked me through operation. I get that it switches slow and you have to be patient. I control the Pandora from the dash. Prefer to plug direct sp I can charge while driving.

  Sometimes I just cannot get it to go into Pandora. Can usually get it to Pandora on my phone and then BT it. Not ideal .. Sometimes I just have trouble getting BT to play podcasts.

  Operate in areas with good signals and will have mostly full bars but still wont connect.

  Often says it is waiting to regain connectivity.

  Often wants me to turn off and on or plug and replug. These things usually dont work.

   Can I have full antenna bars but not have full bandwidth due to heavy traffic on the airways?
