Hi all, new to the forum and in dire need of help. None of my power windows are operable and I can't find a wiring diagram.  It's a 1990 Legacy wagon and I can't locate a power window fuse position.  But wait, it gets better!  The A/C is also inoperable. And....I have a broken right hand and the only other transportation I have are 5 speed Ford diesels.  Any help is GREATLY appreciated

I just spent 10 minutes searching the web and found that the power window fuse/relay on a 1992 Loyale is under the carpeting on the driver's side under the seat.

 

For what its worth, it may be true. One way to find out. Good Luck!

Thanks gbsrph!  Yeah, subscribed to Mitchell on line manuals and found it under the seat.  Pulled the seat and there was everything.  Did the same for my fuel pump relay and found out it's dern near impossible to reach.  Above the fuse box (WAY ABOVE!) behind the dash.
