My blades are swinging to far. I know the newer model there's a plate you lift up and replace the little plastic elbows. On my 87 I don't see what to do.. Could some one Yoda me? please... May the force be with you. Always.

Ooh wipers? If there going to far that means they slipped. Open the hood, look at the arm, where it connects you'll see a nut there. Loosen the nut, move the wipers back down, re-tighten. If that's not what you're talking about then idk.
