I'd like to add cross bars to my brat topper.  I'm looking for ideas before I fab.

 

Anyone else done it?  Seen it done?

 

Bolt plates to the side?

Here is a pic of an option.  I'm thinking of the same thing for my brat, BUT my top is in great shape and I don't want to drill holes in it.

That looks like the same topper as mine. I wonder how the rain gutters attach?

Wow that pic is from 19th & Agate in Eugene...right in front of Beppes and right down the street from where I work.  I'm going to have to start looking for a Brat chillin near there!
