How to purge the full line . 96 ej2.2

Featured Replies

Just bought a Subaru . With issues. Guy said to start it have to purge the full line .

How , why. And what's wrong with it?

Is the fuel line pressurized and is sucking air ?

Thanks for the help !

Cycle the key a couple times is all it takes to purge the fuel lines.

First thing to do is verify what's causing the no start spark, fuel, or compression.

Once you do that we can go from there.

Problem could be Weak fuel pump, bad fuel pressure regulator, bad check valve on fuel pump or leaking injector allowing pressure to bleed off.

Glad you found the problem, I had a feeling it wouldn't be a fuel supply issue.
