Im looking into doing a sami swap do my lifted 83 gl wagon. im looking into doing this do to a shortage on rear cv axles for this car. 

what id need for a build list to acquire every thing. and can i combine Subaru and sami drive terrain? 

Hi This is Jerry, yes it can be done i did it on a 86 hatch back. The sami frame fits to the subie frame, i had to lengthen the sami frame 13 inches to fit the wheel wells on the subie. I built a car turnner and flip the subie upside down so gravity was my friend. I put the sami frame on top of the subie and started to make my frame mounts. I used the sami front and rear axles and the transfer case, the engine is 2.2 with the 5 speed dual range trans. I also went spring over on the axles, my avatar shows that project. Thanks Jerry
