We are looking for a Philadelphia-area
Subaru expert. We have a 1999 Forester with 187K miles, a rebuilt
engine and oil leak (1qt/2 weeks). We have a persistent check engine
light, which needs to be resolved before the car will pass
inspection. Cost is an issue. Can someone point us in a useful
direction?

did you google it? Philly is dense and Subarus everywhere with Cherry Hill right next door.

 

If cost is an issue experts usually aren't cheap.
