Operation Sue Bomber

So it has began. I bought this 1987 GL off a friend for $250. Engine had cracked heads (into the valve seats), a copy weber swap (ran good for a copy, even with cracked heads) and interior is covered in grease from him not caring. So as of right now I have the intake manifold water passage welded closed, a weber 3236 knockoff, and the heads are being milled and a valve job done as I am typing. I also got all new head bolts and bolt washers. I used an old bolt to make a chaser and clean the threads. Engine block still has cross hatching and not out of round so bottom end isn't being messed with. Felpro gasket set with subaru factory o rings and intake manifold gaskets. So hopefully over the weekend I will have get started. Here she is.
