Another input comment on 85 GL. I don't know if the two types of carbs are interchangeable. There are two  places where rubber push on caps are in the same vicinity. One is on a metal attachment immediately adjacent to a similar structure with a hose attached but the size appears larger than my smaller broke hose with the restriction inside. The other is within a weird wired structure with two metal stabilizers .   I'll try to get a picture and then see if I am able to post that.
