Questions about lift kits for GL?loyale

I want to do a 3" total lift on my 93 Loyale.  I plan to turn it into a Brat wannabee truck. I plan to build my own lift kit with a 2" body lift and a 3" suspension lift. My question on the body lift is. I know I will need to extend the steering shaft, but what about the tranny shifter on manuals doesn't that all need to be lowered to match? Will it still shift ok?  What about the driveline center carrier, and rearend suspension?

 This is how I hope my Subee will look when i get it done, other then I plan to paint mine with 2 part truck bed-liner in a bright Chartreuse green with black accents.
