back at this again never did it before need to get it done now. my current alternator is making some really crazy squealing sounds most likely a bearing. i have a newer style 3 wire alternator but my car uses the 2 wire setup. what way do the 2 wires on the car need to connect to the 3 wires on the newer style alternator?

can anyone verify if this is correct conversion of the wiring for the alterntor?

Pretty sure that's right. If you have a pigtail from the 3 wire alt the wire colors will match the existing wires in your harness.
