EA-71 coolant leaking around head stud

Have a problem on a fresh rebuild.  Coolant is leaking into the oil from the block around the head stud.  How do I seal the threads ? Loctite 243 ? or is there some other way to fix this.  Any info would be great.

Coolant should not get into the space where the stud is.  Bad head gasket, mating surface not flat or a crack.
