1999 Subaru Legacy Outback 2.5 automatic. Ive done everything i can replaced all vaccum lines the BPT and egr valve cleaned the metal tube out ive replaced the EGR vaccum control silinoid still no vaccum from silinoid ive tested vaccum nothing from silinoid checked harness got power why does it not work i am stumped

On our 95 2.2 I found the two metal tubes that run under the throttle cable were blocked.
