Hey, guys just wondering is it ok to clean the Throttle Body without taking it off the car.  Car is 1990 Legacy w/ 5 sp manual 2.2 Thanks in Advance

kinda dodging the direct question to mention that SeaFoam has a spray can with a special u-turn nozzle designed to use in-car. Look for videos how to use it.
