does any one else have this problem with a 1987 Subary GL (wagon)?

starts, runs for a few minutes, spots and after a few minutes starts again

same cycle over and over again.

Have you checked connections? And when you say starts again...do you mean by itself?n Check the coil, alternator and disty wires.

Fuel filter clogged? Something in the fuel lines?

 

How about if you rev it right after you start? Does it stay started?

Fouled plugs?
