2010 auto tranny problem

Tranny shifts hard when cold, when temp is in the 40's or below. It shifts hard with a solid bone shaking thump when going into high gear. Once warmed up a little, shifting is good.  I recently changed tranny fluid, and added a bottle of tranny product to treat the seals. None of this has helped. Any recommendations??
