Are EGR's, Vacume regulators, etc. sold new at stores for carbed EA motors or no?

Simple question, are the EGR's, Vacume regulators (like the one on the intake manifold, and on the distributor) sold new anywhere, or must I find replacment ones off of junkyard cars?

More specificly, this is for an EA71. I have a couple replacements off of other cars for some of them, but they are not brand new of course... I think I could use some newer parts for the rebuild.
