im tryin to find a sooby for my friend who just lost a lot of money on the last car he bought (93 saturn with too many problems to list plus jacked up tranny for $2200) and im tryin to get it locally. so far the classifieds show a 87 gl wagon 2wd 5mt in "*good cond!*", to quote from the ad. $800 bucks. should run better than the car he's got now, and for almost a third the price. unless its not worth my/his time at all to check it out, we'll prolly look at it soon and get a better scan of it. maybe if it sucks ill make the guy/girl an offer for like 200 and go trash the thing in the desert and catch it on film before i drive it off a cliff (without plates, of course). ideas?
