What's the procedure (or process), parts needed, how costly would it be and if it's worth it or not? This is based on a '91 Legacy AWD non-turbo. Thanks in advance...

Do you mean upgrade to RS or Legacy Turbo calipers? If you can get wheels at least 15", then yes it's definitely worth it. Nonturbo calipers are single-pot, T-Leg and RS calipers are 2-pot.
