The buttons for my heater, bilevel, defrost, etc. got jammed so when i tried to take them out, everything broke. The whole shebang fell apart. Has anyone experienced this or have any words of wisdom and how to reassemble this stupid mess.

Mine bit the dust and every time I boosted the heater would start to blow out the dash vents, tried to fix it myself but the thing like you said just exploded, lots of springs and plastic going everywhere.

 

I just got a junk yard jobber, best 5 bucks I ever spent. Sorry I can't be more help.
