Its a challenge. My 1987 GL wagon from Jackson Hole El. 6200' now lives in Portland, Or, El. sea level. There is a vacume controlled valve below the air cleaner put on by the dealer for "high altititude operation". The local subaru tuning shop expert tells me that it is just a simple re-configuration of the vacume lines but we dont know the specifics. Anyone?
