i want to know how to crank my t bars up on my 1983 gl i only want like 1 or so

Remove rubber plug under rear seat. Will be one adjustable bolt. Use socket with extension. Best to first wd-40 the threads from the underside if rusty, then jack vehicle up to help lessen tension and adjust. r/PK
