I own a Impreza and my company owns an 02 (I think) Forester. I was noticing yesterday in a long drive in the company car that the steering feels much 'looser' in the Forester then in my Impreza. Is this a function of wheelbase, size of powersteering parts, or is something wrong with one of the vehicles?

A Forester is an Impreza, with a raised roof.

I would guess tires are different.
