No. Looks cheap and the description is full of BS.

"Often Imitated, Never Duplicated"

Always duplicated...you know what that is...4 wires. A fancy box. And a resistor. Save your $65.00 and go to radio shack. Buy the same stuff for less then 5 bucks. All you're doing is tricking the computer to advance the timming a slight amount. You can find "how to"s on this all over the net.
