WHEN WILL IT END!?!! My airbag light came on for the 5th time in 18 months the other day. The service department told me that it wasn't covered under warrenty. It was yet ANOTHER wiring service fix that Subaru came up with.

Tell me. Do the safety systems have their own warrenty? They told me it wasn't covered. Plus, since it was a service issue and has been a problem in other Foresters, wouldn't it classify almost as a recall?? Or will it just stay as a service bulliten? At what point will I have to start forkin over the cash?

The above site is for TSBs for cars by make, model and year. I guess the best thing to do is complain about every issue on the list and get it on your service record before your warranty expires and then you are covered when the inevitable occurs.

You can also roam around this site for safety recalls but you would have been notified of these by SOA.
