HI everyone, I wanted to re-ask my first question and add another... First off, what fuse or relay needs to be removed to shutoff the automatic seatbelts...the drivers side belt is stuck in the "door-closed" position which is fine with me...i don't want to fix it I just want to stop it from draining my battery. I already clipped the power cable in the doorframe but it still sucks juice...someone must know a solution for this......Second, what site, if any do most off you buy your performance upgrades from...I picked this car up free with 130k on it after it sat in a field for two years when the computer died...SUPER DEAL!! Anyways one used computer later and it runs great except for cold mornings when it doesn't want to start...I will stop babbling now... PLEASE help with the seatbelt scenario....THANKS EVERYONE!!

I have a manual for an 88 model and it shows that fuse #12 is what ties to the seatbelts but it also supplies many other things that you don't want to cut power to if the wiring is the same. You may have to monitor the current while pulling fuses to find the path that is pulling the battery down. When you find the right fuse the current will drop. I would look for trouble if the current draw is more than 80 milliamps with everything off, as if parked.

shift your drivers seat forward and pull off the B pillar trim. There's a bunch of connecters down there at the bottom, disconect any that dont affect other functions and see if that helps. don't clip wires, 'cause then they can short and cause nightmares.
