Here is my question of those of you that have oil tempurature guages. What is the normal temp of the engine oil? With a cooler? Without a cooler?

For those of you that have technical knowledge about oil and temperatue, at what temperature does engine oil start to breakdown at an excessive rate? What should be the maximum oil temperature before I should start to get concerned?

might want to wait more than an hour. someone will reply, i promise. your oil temperature shouldn't be reaching excessive temperatures on a NA engine. why are you asking, more details may help. there is probably lots of oil, heat and breakdown information on the internet since that's not subaru specific if you're in a hurry.
