August 18, 200322 yr everytime i close the driver door all the doors lock automatically. I took the door apart and it seems that the locking mechanism is to loose. it is too easy to move back and forth and so the banging of closing the door causes it to lock it and all the other doors. three of the four doors are now doing it. also you can get locked in the back seat because when you pull the handle the door also locks ?
August 18, 200322 yr Ahhh thought that might be the case.. Never heard of that on our older soobs. you might try posting on the new generation forum.. thats where the legacy and impreza owners hang out. Sorry I can't be more helpful
August 19, 200322 yr be glad its not like my vcan, be drivin dowen the road and they'd lock and unlock several times all by themselves at random .. good thing that van got totaled on 4th of july:lol:
