Can anyone tell me what the Pug. offset is (14" Steel)? What are the stock subaru offsets from the EA81's?

 

I will be going from 7" wide tires to 9.5" wide tires, Is that a noticable difference in track? Would I be right to calculate it as 9.5-7= 2.5"s on either side?

I suppose that the wider track wouldn't be the full 2.5"s per side because that added width is on both sides, so it's more like 1.25"s per side wider. Is that accurate?
