scrapdaddytatum Posted December 26, 2004 Share Posted December 26, 2004 turns out that the rear shock off a 67 chevelle fits the rear of a lifted hatch without using the spacer, same ends as our shock, just 4" longer, and only 20 bucks for a gabreil sport shock, i havnt driven with this shock yet, as the rebuild is a couple of weeks away from being done, but looks good Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

brat1709 Posted December 30, 2004 Share Posted December 30, 2004 Hi All. Just found this out myself. My aunt husband just replace some shock with airshock and those came from a buick skylark. He told me most of the rear GM vehicles had theses. That would mean, we now have the correct part number to use on lifted subaru's, when airshocks are needed. Hugo/ So.
