I'm thinking about putting EA81 struts on my car. Who knows if they'll fit? I just wanted to know before I tore into it and found that they won't fit. Anyone done it before?

Russ I think you HAVE EA81 struts on your car, since I dont' think the EA71 cars ever came with the adjustable struts, but I could be wrong. My 77 didnt; have 'em.....

I have seen adjustible struts on an 81 brat, which is still first Gen. Also EA81 struts are longer then EA71 and the springs have a larger diameter to them. The strut tops maybe different too

well hmmm..... does anyone know if Xt springs will fit by chance?
